Work has never been neutral!

It’s shaped how I see myself. How I show up.
How I stay quiet — or speak up.
It’s where I’ve been underestimated — and where I’ve found my power.

I didn’t end up doing this work

by accident.

I’ve been the young person in over their head.
I’ve been the only queer person in the room.
I’ve been the manager trying to fix a broken system from the inside.

And at every stage, I was asking the same questions so many of my clients bring into our sessions now:

Is it just me?
Why does this feel so hard?
Am I the problem—or is it the structure I’m in?

I coach because

I’ve worked across industries—tech, nonprofit, politics—and at every level of leadership. I’ve spent years designing better systems and holding space for teams in chaos. But the part I always loved the most?

The quiet moment in a 1:1 where someone realises they’re not broken.

That they’re just navigating something they were never taught to handle.

That moment is what I’ve built Future by Design around.

I’ve seen how quickly things can shift—when you’re given the right tools, at the right time, by someone who gets it.

My philosophy is shaped by feminist ethics, radical responsibility, and years of reading people who challenged the systems we're told are natural—think Levinas, Lacan, Irigaray.
(I’ve got a PhD in this stuff. But we don’t need to get academic about it.)

My work is rooted in ethics. And love.

And a refusal to give up.

What matters is this:
I believe skills create power.
Not performative confidence. Not hustle culture tips.
Real, foundational skills that help you feel stronger at work and safer in your own self.

I work with people

who’ve been left out of the conversation.

Young people. Queer people. Women who’ve been told to “tone it down.”
Anyone who’s ever had to survive a workplace instead of grow in it.

I teach the stuff you were expected to know but never got taught:

  • How to say what you need

  • How to tell the story

  • How to set the boundary

  • How to lead without becoming someone you hate

This is coaching — but it’s also care.
It’s strategy — but with soul.

This is a movement.

Even if it’s quiet.

I believe every time we show up more clearly in our work, we shift the culture around us.

This isn’t just about “feeling better.”
It’s about building something better—one person, one skill, one session at a time.

Still here?

You’re probably someone I’d love to connect with and maybe we’d even be a great fit to work together!

Feel free to book a mini-session or connect with me on LinkedIn.

Let’s figure it out together.
