How it Works

  • A quick 30-minute chat to check fit, talk through your goals, and answer questions.

  • From graduate to director, pick the tier that matches your stage. Each comes with the same rhythm of support, focused on your challenges.

  • We’ll start with an onboarding form and a follow up call to establish our ways of working.

    After that, you’ll get a weekly 30-minute call plus touch points (WhatsApp / Voice notes) as wework through the real issues coming at you that week.

    With a 2-month minimum, you build momentum that lasts.

    Option to renew monthly.
